Financial Manager (French language)
HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of his client - an international company that provides a large spectrum of services, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of Financial Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of administrative-financial teams in Chisinau: accounting, payroll, and human resources,
- Recruiting new members to the teams and ensuring a high level of training,
- Ensuring the fulfillment of KPIs at the team level and compliance with allocated budgets,
- Maintaining a high level of performance and efficiency,
- Direct collaboration with clients in France and reporting the results to the operational committee.
Requirements:
- Higher economic studies (accounting, management, business and administration, payroll, finance/banking);
- Knowledge of languages: Romanian, French at least B2, English - B1;
- Experience in accounting, human resources, payroll, finance/banking, management;
- Technical skills: Excel; Word, Powerpoint, SAP: will be an advantage;
