Scope of work:

UNFPA Moldova Country Office is looking for a National Communication consultant on demographic issues.

The overall scope of the assignment is to support the communication work for Generations and Gender Survey data dissemination & promoting gender-responsive family policies. The national consultant is expected to provide support in the organization of two launching events/conferences and development of visibility products to disseminate the Generations and Gender Survey results. 

Duration: 1 July–  December 2021 (81 working days)

Required qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

• University degree in communication, journalism, social policies or any other relevant area.

Years of Experience:

• At least 5 years of previous experience coordinating project communication, especially in the social field, involving Government, NGOs or development partners.

• Good knowledge or experience on working with info-graphics, video-graphics, human stories etc.

• Previous experience in working with UN Agencies, Public Institutions and Private Sector will be an advantage.

Computer and languages skills:

• Good knowledge of English and Russian required.

• Excellent computer skills (especially MS Office applications) and the ability to use information technology and new digital media as a tool and resource.

• Duly completed and signed P11 form including past experience in similar assignments and at least 3 reference names;

• Copies of academic diplomas.
