We are looking for a BD Manager, who will help us grow on the international market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients
• Perform sales and marketing campaigns, follow up on the existing prospects
• Establish business relations with clients over email, professional social networks (Linkedin, Xing and other) and via phone
• Collaborate tightly with the Business Development Leader 
• Continually work on new ideas and procedures to improve the results of new targets

Qualifications:

• University degree in marketing, business development or sales
• 2+ years' of sales or business development experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Another language would be a great asset (French, German)
• Highly proficient with multiple social media platforms, including ability to source and analyze the market
• Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
