 We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist to be responsible for the attraction and generation of new sales leads for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new potential leads, build a pipeline of clients
• Perform marketing campaigns, follow up on the existing prospects
• Establish business relations with clients over email, professional social networks (Linkedin, Xing and other) and via phone
• Collaborate tightly with the Business Development Leader
• Continually work on new ideas and procedures to improve the results of marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• University degree in marketing, business development or sales
• 2+ years' of sales or business development experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Highly proficient with multiple social media platforms, including ability to source metrics from the administrative side
• Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
