Customer Support Representative @DevelopmentAid

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to work directly with current DevelopmentAid paid members (individual consultants) to address their needs or issues by assisting them via phone, e-mail or Skype chat. You will also help develop and maintain efficient process and operational protocols for inbound requests and issues from members.
Customer Support Representative’s duties are primarily focused on providing a central, immediate point of contact for existing members-experts and actively supporting company’s services, thus leading to a higher member’s retention rate.
Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance to members regarding our website functionality and services (also ensuring each member had a live presentation and is called regularly);
- Resolve product and service inquiries (provide information, solve technical issues);
- Manage and analyze outbound/inbound requests volume by documenting and tracking each case;
- Assist superiors in collecting and analyzing members demographics statistics, and other data related to member clients;
- Preparing, running and analyzing surveys related to member experience.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Computer literacy (standard Office applications);
- Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred);
- Flexible and easy-going personality, who can quickly understand the issues, even if they are half-pronounced and are not always evident;
- Well-organized, attentive to details and customer oriented.
