Ultra Fog: A World Leader in the Development and Application of Quality fire protection solutions is looking for a Logistics Specialist who speaks Italian or English.

Required Qualifications:

-Experience in Logistics and transportation, supply chain, tourism or related experience

-Organizational Skills, Detail oriented person, maintains efficient workspace, manages time well.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Meets deadlines, establishes appropriate priority, gets the job completed promptly.

- High energy under pressure – quick problem solver

-Must be adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing work environment. Able to handle/prioritize tasks simultaneously.

-Superior telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.

-Computer skills - Microsoft Office (word and excel, outlook)

-Italian Fluently or -English fluently

Job Description:

-Prepare and send out bills/quotations and follow up a process of invoice both internal and external

-Coordinate the logistic service of the technicians (buy aeroplane tickets, hotel reservation or car rental)

-Coordinate the delivery of materials from the Italian warehouse to any country in the world.
