Labrewtory Brewing Co. is seeking a full time Operations Assistant to join our team immediately!

We are a 2 year old Chisinau based craft beer brewery and are seeking a new addition to our team as we continue to grow.
The Operations Assistant will help promote the Labrewtory Brewing Company's brand, assist our wholesale client’s needs and contribute to daily business operations.
Our desired team member has to possess the ability to manage time efficiently, pay attention to details and help generate positive growth for our company.
This opportunity is perfect for the individual that is a self-starter, is client focused, has a sense of humor and an outgoing personality motivated to prosper as part of our small team.

Do you have...
An energetic, friendly personality and are great at interacting with people?
Interests in something other then a desk job?
Experience in day to day office organization or are willing to learn?
Flexibility and adaptability skills while learning new things?

Can you…
Be dependable working with minimal supervision and motivate yourself independently? i.e. Do what needs to get done?
Oversee inventory of product and basic supplies?
Clean and maintain organization of equipment?
Engage and educate customers and consumers about our beer?
Work evenings and weekends?

*Requirements are…
Open to learning new things.
Must be of legal drinking age (+18).
Conversational language skills in Romanian, Russian and English (any others are a bonus!).
Basic computer skills (Knowledge of 1C is an advantage).
Can lift 20 kg alone or with help.
A valid driver’s license and vehicle is an advantage.

Previous experience and/or educational degrees are not as important as a positive attitude, adaptability, and trustworthiness. Chances are you haven’t worked in the craft beer industry before (just like how we started), so come ready to learn and adapt and everything will be groovy. Salary negotiable.
