Alventis Group SRL, in partnership with Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), a proactive and dynamic team with an excellent international profile, specializing in development finance, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist who would join us in the search of great colleagues and top experts for BFC and its international projects. Engagement on a full-time, part-time or flexible schedule is possible.

Type of engagement: Full-time 

Country: Republic of Moldova, Chișinău

What will you do?

• Recruit senior consultants for international consulting projects, conduct high-level interviews and facilitate further testing
• Establish and maintain a strong network of experts
• Evaluate the candidates and ensure the proper flow of the recruitment steps (screening,
• interviewing, checking reference, testing, and hiring)
• Coordinate the validation of candidates with the company’s management
• Oversee the preparation of all the relevant documents for tender applications (CVs, short descriptions of the proposed experts, summary presentations, etc.)
• Monitor the implementation of BFC recruitment policies and work on streamlining the recruitment processes
• Prepare and analyze recruitment statistics
