Job Description:

·assist Office manager with data entry in different platforms (depending on client and the software they use) of personnel manifest for projects
-
·provide log to Office Manager according to each project with Manifest uploads
-
·communicating with labor contractors in order to receive all information needed regarding manifests in timely fashion, and on the layout/forms we provide
-
·proactively following up with clients regarding receipt of travel arrangements for personnel on each project in a timely fashion
Skills Needed:
-
·able to write and communicate in English

·efficient with word and excel
-
·available on flexible hours

·working remotely possible
