TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

The Innovate Moldova Programme is funded by Sweden and the United Kingdom, and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova. It aims to strengthen Moldova’s innovation ecosystem, enhance business resilience, and accelerate the country’s transition to a knowledge-based economy.

As part of project activities, Innovate Moldova in collaboration with AGE, supports the promotion and adoption of EVO e-services for businesses, available via both the mobile app and the EVO web portal. The EVO business event series will demonstrate to entrepreneurs practical ways to identify and utilize digital public services relevant to their operations.

EVO consolidates information and services for starting and running a business through its app and the evo.gov.md portal. Event demonstrations will be determined in coordination with AGE, based on the functionalities available at the time of each event.

This activity contributes to the Program's objective of increasing EVO usage, including in the regions.

A contract is sought with an event organization and logistics company to plan, coordinate, and fully implement 10 regional EVO business events.

Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFP. Interested offerors should confirm their interest by 17.00 local Chisinau time on October 08, 2026.

Please reference the RFP number in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.
