RFQ26/03364: Provision of Mobile Phone Services to the UN in Moldova LTA

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) kindly requests your quotation for the Request for Quotation no. RFQ26/03364: Provision of Mobile Phone Services to the UN Agencies in Moldova on Long Term Agreement basis as detailed in line items section of this RFQ.

Bidders are expected to quote for provision of mobile communication services. This tender aims to establish a long-term agreement (LTA) for a minimum period of 3 three years subject to extension for additional 2 years if mutually agreed by both parties.
This LTA shall serve the office of UN Country Office, UNDP and its projects and other UN Agencies (eg. UNWomen, UNFPA, UNHCR, UNICEF and others) who operate in the country. The estimated number of Subscriptions to be procured under the resulting LTA for 2026-2029 is around 250 - 300 users at an estimated yearly expenditure of up to USD 50,000.
