☑️ Participants: 25 people

👉Venue Preferences
We are looking for a 3-4-star venue where accommodation, conference rooms, and dining facilities are located in the same building or very close to each other. Ideally, the hotel would provide a full package including accommodation, meals, and meeting rooms.

👉Accommodation and Meals
☑️Participants:
🔘 25 single rooms for 4 nights
🔘 Arrival: Monday, 9 November
🔘 Working days: 10–12 November (3 full working days)
🔘 Lunch: 10–12 November
🔘 Dinner: 9–11 November
🔘 Coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) on each working day
🔘 One dinner out on 12 November
🔘 Departure: Friday, 13 November after breakfast

👉Working Room Requirements
We strongly prefer a venue where participants can work, eat, and sleep in the same location.
☑️ Capacity for 25 persons seated in a circle
☑️Exclusive use for the entire duration of the activity (including evenings)
☑️Natural daylight and good ventilation
☑️Equipment:
🔘projector and screen
🔘tables placed along the walls (not in the centre)
🔘wall space or boards for workshop materials and organisational presentations
