The Strengthening Parliamentary Democracy in Moldova (PADEM) project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by DAI Global Belgium, is issuing a Request for Quotations related to the procurement of Services to Conduct an Ex-Ante Analysis on Sports Arbitration.

Prices must be comprehensive and must be presented in EUR, taking into consideration that PADEM is subject to VAT 0%.
