People in Need (PIN) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services as Social Inclusion and Protection Policy Advisor (Education–Protection Transition).

The assignment aims to provide strategic technical advisory support for the review and development of PIN Moldova's Social Inclusion and Protection Programme.

The detailed scope of work, qualification requirements, evaluation criteria, application procedure and contractual conditions are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
