Palladium International LLC, through the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Project, invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of Rapid Testing Kits for Chemical and Biological Agents (Dual-Use Goods) for the National Agency for Public Health (NAPH), Republic of Moldova.

The procurement includes:

• 100 Rapid Testing Kits for Industrial Chemical Agents (Dual-Use Goods);
• 100 Rapid Testing Kits for Biological Agents (Dual-Use Goods).

The procurement aims to strengthen the operational preparedness and emergency response capacities of the National Agency for Public Health and Rapid Response Teams through the provision of rapid field detection capabilities for chemical and biological threats. The selected supplier will also be required to support all applicable export documentation and cooperate in the import authorization process for strategic dual-use goods. (LINK).
