1. The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Moldova’s Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement, design and installation of back-up power supply systems for10 meteorological stations.
2. The Public Institution “Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Monitoring” (IP AMM), through the Office for External Assistance Programs Management (OEAPM) / Project Implementation Unit (PIU), now invites Quotations for procurement, design and installation of back-up power supply systems for 10 meteorological stations as follows:

1. Photovoltaic modules and mounting structures for 10 stations (total ~75 kWp DC);
2. Hybrid inverters and battery energy storage systems — LiFePO4 (total ~115 kWh);

• Auxiliaries: UPS for meteo equipment, monitoring and telemetry, electrical protection (SPD, MCB/RCD, ATS); and

1. Design (including necessary relevant approvals, permits, and authorizations as per Moldovan legal requirements), installation, commissioning (PIF) and 3-year technical service contract.

3. The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedure under the national market approach, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. The RFQ in English language may be obtained by interested Suppliers free of charge upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.

5. Your price quotation in the form attached in PDF format shall be submitted electronically to the following email: achizitii.proiecte@ogpae.gov.md before 17:30 local time of July 23, 2026.
