The German Development Cooperation (GIZ) is seeking to contract a company to provide event management services within the EU Integration Support Project (EUISP), under the project's 'Experience' intervention area. The services within the assignment will be provided in the period between April 2026  – November 2027.

The selected company will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference (ToR); supporting docs, and eventual questions, please address a message to the

e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than 21.04. 2026, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

The tender is open to private companies resident in the Republic of Moldova, registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Specific requirements towards the bidders:

• 5 years of experience in event management and organisation of professional events, such as workshops, conferences, trainings or roundtables;
• Proven experience in organising events with multiple stakeholders, including public institutions, international organisations or development partners;
• The bidding company must demonstrate availability of a backstopping team, shortly describing their profiles and responsibilities within the contract;
• Demonstrated experience in managing the logistical aspects of events, including venue arrangements, technical equipment, catering services and interpretation services.
• Ability to provide the requested personnel with the necessary skills and experience;
• Experience in researching options and procuring services for all logistic aspects related to the events in Moldova or abroad;
• Proof of registration as a personal data processing entity according to national legislation

The successful application shall include:

1. Technical Proposal, containing (in a separate document):

• Company profile including its general information, background, expertise, services offered, key clients, certifications, team, operational capacity, and relevant industry experience from the last 5 years;
• CV of the Service Manager according to described requirements;
• Brief information on previous performance, describing recent contracts of similar scope;
• Copy of the company registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova;
• No-debt certificate issued by the Moldovan Tax Inspection or copy of the latest financial report.
• Self-declaration form

2. Financial Proposal, containing (in a separate document):

• Financial offer in form of the completed price schedule (provided template) expressed in MDL, VAT 0.

All personal data are for the internal use of GIZ, confidentiality is guaranteed.

Bid’s evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical proposal and 30% for the financial offer. Shortlisted applicants might be asked for an interview and additional information.

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9^th floor – indicating the tender number 7000005916, not later than 23.04 .2026, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
