Assignment Title: Consulting services for the organization and implementation of study visits to Romania

The Ministry of Education and Research (MoER) has received financing from the World Bank Group toward the cost of the Education Quality Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) is to organize and deliver 48 distinct structured international study and working visits to Romania for representatives of 489 beneficiaries from schools under Subcomponent 1.3 of EQIP, in order to ensure measurable institutional transfer of good practices aligned with the approved School Subprojects.

The MoER now invites eligible Consulting Company (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification Based Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
