SALAR International invites interested and qualified companies to submit tenders for the provision of passenger transportation services in the Republic of Moldova.

Within the framework of the project “Local Public Administration, Citizen Engagement (PACE Local), 2025–2029”, financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), SALAR International is seeking qualified service providers for passenger transportation services in Moldova.

Objectives

The purpose of this tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of reliable, safe, and timely passenger transportation services for SALAR International’s activities in Moldova. The selected contractor(s) shall provide transportation services on a fixed-price basis, as requested during the term of the Framework Agreement.

Scope of services

The required services include, but are not limited to:

• passenger transportation within Chișinău and throughout the Republic of Moldova;
• transportation by car, minivan, minibus, or bus, depending on the number of passengers and travel needs;
• airport transfers to and from Chișinău International Airport;
• transportation for business trips, field visits, meetings, events, and occasional group travel.

Clarifications
Requests for clarification shall be submitted by e-mail to: moldova@salarinternational.se, no later than 2 days before the submission deadline.

The tender must be submitted in English, in signed PDF format, and signed by an authorized representative of the tenderer.

Additional information
SALAR International may conclude Framework Agreements with up to three ranked tenderers, in accordance with the tender document and evaluation results.
