The Strengthening Parliamentary Democracy in Moldova (PADEM) project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by DAI Global Belgium, is issuing a Request for Quotations related to the procurement of services (LOT 2) to ensure the smooth execution of 10 regional events by providing complete on-site support, experts transportation, catering services, venue preparation, and the provision of necessary technical equipment.

The provisional schedule of events starts in late March 2026 and ends in November 2026, with events planned as follows:

• March 2026 – Ungheni and Orhei
• April 2026 – Anenii Noi
• May 2026 – Ștefan Vodă and Dubăsari
• June 2026 – Strășeni
• September 2026 – Bălți and Drochia
• October 2026 – Edineț
• November 2026 – Cahul

The general Terms of Reference (ToR), including the criteria for selection, is available at the link shared below and presents the entire concept of the events. Please note that the current Request for Quotations is issued exclusively for LOT 2, which is one of the parts of the general ToR. The decision to publish a comprehensive ToR, which includes also LOT 1, was done for the bidders to understand better the general concept of the events and be able to better integrate their services.

The bidders for LOT 2 are invited to present their bid, including the technical and the financial offer, until 12^th of March 2026, Thursday, COB, to the email anastasia_patrashko@dai.com .

Prices must be comprehensive and must be presented in EUR, taking into consideration that PADEM project is subject to VAT 0%.
