International Development Law Organization (IDLO) is an intergovernmental organization exclusively devoted to promoting the rule of law. Established in 1983, IDLO works to enable governments and empower people to reform laws and strengthen institutions to promote peace, justice, sustainable development, and economic opportunity.

IDLO has been active in the Republic of Moldova since 2018, implementing programmes aimed at strengthening the rule of law, promoting transparency and accountability, and supporting inclusive economic development.

In this context, IDLO is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of ICT equipment.

The RFQ document contains detailed technical specifications, submission requirements, and the terms and conditions applicable to this procurement process.

Interested Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their quotations are submitted to IDLO in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions set out in the RFQ document. Failure to comply with the requirements described therein may result in disqualification from the procurement process.
