 Innovate Moldova invites qualified organizations to submit proposals for the delivery of two intensive, three‑month cybersecurity training programs designed for 15 professionals working within Moldova’s critical infrastructure sectors. These include essential governmental services, telecommunications, banking and financial services, energy, public utilities, transportation etc.

The program is part of a broader national effort to strengthen Moldova’s cybersecurity posture by developing advanced human‑capital capabilities, aligned with national and international standards. The selected provider will support Innovate Moldova’s mission to enhance cyber readiness by equipping participants with practical, hands‑on technical skills needed for preventing, detecting, mitigating, and responding to cyber threats.

The primary objective is to deliver a comprehensive, skills‑oriented training curriculum that directly contributes to improving Moldova’s cyber defence capacity.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on December 17, 2025, by email to procurement@innovate.md. Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFP. Interested offerors should confirm their interest by 17.00 local Chisinau time on December 17, 2025.
