NATIONAL CALL FOR PREQUALIFICATION

ACTED, implementing the project “WASH services to refugee children and women in Refugee Accommodation Centres and border crossing points as part of the Ukraine Refugee Response” is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the following lot: WASH repair interventions in RACs.

Under this project, ACTED is responsible for keeping Refugee Accommodation Centers (RACs) across Moldova remain in proper condition and require regular rehabilitation. This includes plumbing maintenance works, electrician maintenance works, other maintenance works such as general building upkeep, installation of recreational areas, kitchen rehabilitation, and similar works, in line with the WASH repair interventions planned in the RACs.

The point of this prequalification stage is to build a pool of suppliers from which ACTED could require quotations on a regular basis for WASH repair interventions in RACs.

The prequalification will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Application Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested applicants at the following address(es):

Potential applicants are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present prequalification and/or to the prequalification documents.

A prequalification information session will be organized on 11/12/2025 at 11:00 AM in ACTED representative office at str. Kogalniceanu 12, mun. Chişinău 2001, Moldova. Participation of interested bidders in the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All applications must be submitted before the [22/12/2025] at [12:00] at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late applications will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the applicants in connection with the preparation and submission of their applications to ACTED.
