We are inviting you to submit the tender offers for providing robotics lessons in Edutech Labs located in different regions of Moldova, according to the specified addresses.

Offeror must comply with the requirements detailed in attached TOR.

TOR with detailed instructions on bidding and other documentation is attached to announcement and consist of:

• TOR (in English and Russian)
• Annex 1 – Quotation form (template)

If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the tender, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.

Questions could be answered only until 10.11.2025. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

If PIN answers the question, all other bidders will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail.

Applications submitted after the deadline, or inappropriately sealed, as well as incomplete offers, will not be considered.
