The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Moldova invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of hygiene and sanitary consumables for NRC offices in Chișinău under a two-year Framework Agreement.

Evaluation will follow three stages: administrative compliance, technical evaluation, financial evaluation.
NRC may accept or reject any offer, in whole or in part, and is not obliged to award to the lowest-priced bid.
