- The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Moldova’s Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Purchase of hydrological equipment (2 lots).
- The State Hydrometeorological Service under the Ministry of Environment now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply 2 lots of hydrological equipment as follows:

Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bids for each lot must be complete. Evaluation of bids will be done on a per-lot basis.
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Office for External Assistance Programs Management/ Project Implementation Unit (PIU), using email achizitii.proiecte@ogpae.gov.md and may request the bidding document during office hours 08.30 to 17.30 at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested Bidders free of charge upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11.00 local time of December 11, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 11.00 local time of December 11, 2025.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
