The Innovate Moldova Programme, funded by Sweden and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova (FAM), supports key digital development efforts in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Moldova, including the development of an innovation park and digital public services.

The program supports workforce development, EU market integration, and enhancing competitiveness in key growth sectors: information and communication technology (ICT), the digital economy, the startup ecosystem, creative industries, and the light manufacturing industry.

In order to implement the activities under the above-mentioned project, FAM is requesting offers for the procurement of digital equipment for the Future Classroom Lab (FCL) and FabLab spaces across model schools in Moldova.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on July 17, 2025, by email to procurement@innovate.md. Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFQ. Interested offerors should confirm their interest by 17.00 local Chisinau time on July 17, 2025.

Only the written answers issued by FAM will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from FAM employees, or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFQ.

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on July 21, 2025, by email at procurement@innovate.md.  

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.
