Foundation GFA Moldova Grant Fund, the implementing organization of the project “Strengthening Trust, Integrity and Compliance in and between SMEs and the Public Sector in Moldova” (hereinafter “STIC”), funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), is inviting qualified audit firms to submit offers for conducting the annual project audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) 805 – Special Considerations – Audits of Single Financial Statements and Specific Elements, Accounts or Items of a Financial Statement.

Background Information

The STIC Project aims to contribute to changing social norms, reducing corruption in both the public and private sectors, enhancing trust and promoting incentives to move out of the shadow and black economy in the agri-food and construction sectors in Moldova.

The overall project budget for the four-year implementation period is 3.7 million CHF.

Subject of the Tender

The subject of this tender is the audit of project expenditures for Project Year 1 (covering the period from 01 December 2024 to 31 December 2025) under the STIC Project.

• The audit will be conducted during January–February 2026.
• The audit must result in a single audit report.
• The final audit report must be submitted in English, no later than 15 March 2026.

Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract may be renewed annually for up to four years.

Only audit firms with documented experience in auditing internationally funded projects are eligible to apply.
