The Association of Electronics Companies in Moldova is looking for an event management organization company or a consortium of companies to organize the „Moldova Electronics Forum, 4th edition 2025” and „Engineering Career Fair 2025”, events on May 13-14, 2025, in Chisinau.

The objective of the assignment is to provide specialized technical support for the organization of the „Moldova Electronics Forum 2025” and „Engineering Career Fair 2025” on May 13-14,2025.

The event will take place at Tekwill, Chisinau, Studentilor street, 9/11.

Duration of the contract:     09.04.2025 – 10.06.2025

The tender is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.

Proposal content

The proposal package will comprise the following documents in Romanian or English:

Part 1:  Technical offer

- Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables;

- Company Portfolio with samples of relevant works,

- Contact data, persons responsible for the assignment implementation and coordination;

- Copy of the Registration Certificate or Decision of the Registration of the company;

Part 2 Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.
