United Nations Development Programme, through “Enabling an Inclusive Green Transition in the Republic of Moldova" Project hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for developing a Capacity Development Programme in the Field of Green Economy in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
