   The Moldova Energy Security Activity (MESA), funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is working to strengthen Moldova’s energy security by: (1) advancing physical and market integration of the Moldovan energy sector with Europe; (2) increasing renewable energy integration; and (3) increasing investment in energy efficiency and domestic power generation, particularly through increased adoption of renewable energy technologies (4) deploying technology solutions and equipment to increase resilience of Moldova’s power system and (5) deploy critical flexibility assets for frequency control reserves (FCR) and automatic frequency restoration reserves (aFRR) that will increase the reliability and stability of Moldova’s transmission system.

MESA is assisting a public institution to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels to improve energy security of Moldova. Therefore, MESA is seeking a qualified Vendor (The Contractor) to procure and install upgraded, energy efficient kitchen equipment at the Theatre “From the Rose Street” located on 19/3 Cuza Voda str., Chisinau, Moldova.
