People in Need is Announcing the Tender for the Project documentation development services for the implementation of energy efficiency measures for services related to the elaboration of technical projects at 2 schools in the Republic of Moldova: "Energy efficiency works at PI Matei Basarab Theoretical Lyceum, Chisinau mun. and PI Theoretical Lyceum "Mihail Ceachir", Ceadir-Lunga"

We are inviting qualified bidders to submit their tender offers for Project design elaboration and BoQ.

PIN Moldova intends to hire a Consultant/Design Company for both schools to develop project documentation for energy efficiency works.

The present Terms of Reference contain the responsibilities and requirements towards the Consultant/Design Company to be engaged for the elaboration of the project documentation for energy efficiency works at the PI Theoretical Lyceum Matei Basarab, Chisinau and PI "Mihail Ceachir" Theoretical Lyceum, Ceadir-Lunga".

• Audit Reports of the PI Theoretical Lyceum Matei Basarab, Chisinau and PI "Mihail Ceachir" Theoretical Lyceum, Ceadir-Lunga"
• Eligibility sworn statement (template)

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

• Brief description of the company in the field of energy efficiency;
• Company name, address, certificate of registration, contact person and telephone number;
• Qualification of key staff. This will be assessed on the basis of the list of key personnel and CVs;
• Proof of relevant professional experience in providing design services;
• List of organisations for which similar work has been carried out in the last 2 years;
• Financial offer with terms of execution; The offer must be submitted in English or Romanian;
• Proof of equipment and software for the computerised elaboration of execution projects (in a free form – signed and stamped);
• Eligibility sworn statement (signed and stamped).

Applications submitted after the deadline, or inappropriately sealed, as well as incomplete offers, will not be considered.
