Context 

EU4 Moldova Resilience – Secure States, Resilient Communities (EU4MR), a 1.5 year project funded by the European Commission through the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) and implemented by Solidarity Fund PL in Moldova (SFPL in Moldova). It is being launched as part of the European Union’s support to the Republic of Moldova in the context of the specific challenges and changing needs that the country is currently facing. The overall objective and expected outcome of the EU4MR project is to increase the resilience of the Republic of Moldova to emergencies and potential security threats. To this end, the capacities of state institutions to detect and counter potential emergencies and security threats will be strengthened.

Selecting a service provider to implement a capacity building programme for public institutions responsible for regional and local development policy in the context of the EU candidate country status of the Republic of Moldova. 

Tasks and responsibilities of the applicants 

i) Implement a capacity building program to strengthening capabilities of the relevant stakeholders in understanding the principles of the EU regional policy and cohesion funds management and its’ adaptation to the local context, in line with the Capacity building program developed by MIRD.  

ii) Conduct a study visit to a relevant EU country, ensuring alignment with the knowledge and experiences gained during the implementation of the capacity building program.  

Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be evaluated.
