Request for Quotation: 2024 Football Fest event management and logistics services
Moldova Resilience Initiative (MRI) implemented by Management Systems International and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) respectfully requests quotations from qualified vendors for the provision of the 2024 Football Fest event management and logistics services.
Place of delivery: Piața Independenței in the Cahul city, Moldova.
We are kindly request you to either apply via MSI online procurement platform Management Systems International, Inc. (sciquest.com) or send us the following documents/information to mri.procurement@msi-inc.com by July 5, 2024, 10:00am (10:00 Moldova time):
- Company profile with relevant services providing experience, expertise, team, other information.
- Company’s Registration Certificate or Agency for Public Services Extract.
- Copy of license of broadcasting of the UEFA EURO2024 football championship in Moldova.
- Copy of business license if applicable.
- Quality Certificate (e.g. ISO, TUV, etc.) and/or other similar certificates, accreditations, awards received by the Offeror, if any.
- Source, Nationality, and Availability for Purchase form filled and signed.
- Active registration on sam.gov – PDF generated or a screenshot from the sam.gov platform to be provided.
- Past performance information – 3 relevant reference letters from the last top 3 clients in terms of Contract value in similar field in the past 3 years. Contact details of reference providers should be included.
- Financial quotation in MDL only, without VAT, as per above list of services. No other currencies accepted.
