People in Need (PIN) is a Czech non-governmental organization that provides relief aid and development assistance while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom.

PIN is looking for supplier of coffee, sugar, tea, milk and coffee machine with delivery in Chisinau.

The preferred bidder will be required to enter into a framework agreement of fixed price with one bidder for one year with the possibility of extension for PIN.

Estimated quantities are:

• Coffe (60% arabica  40% robusta, medium roasted) – 8kg/month
• Sugar – 6kg/month
• Tea (different flavors (fruits, black, green, herbs) – 14 packages of 200g/month
• Milk (Ultrapasteurised, minim 2.5% fat, tetra pack) – 12 L/month

Offer should include one free coffee machine rent (espresso coffee machine, minimum output 25-30 cups per hour).

Communication will be held through e-mail.

Questions could be answered only until 15:00, 29 May 2024. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

Tender offers have to be submitted by e-mail to PIN e-mail box tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net  before 15:00, 31 May, 2024. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
