NOTE:

The Framework Agreement is valid from the date of FA signing until December 31, 2024. The maximum available budget of this Framework Agreement should not exceed 140.000,00 MDL.

Items designated as numbers 1-11, 13,14, 16, 19-22, 25-29 are mandatory – highlighted yellow. During the evaluation process, only the specified items will be considered when assessing you as a potential supplier.

Items designated as numbers 12, 15, 17, 18, 23, 24, and 30-34 are considered as Optional. Neither the pricing nor the specifications of these items shall be factored into the evaluation and selection procedure for suppliers.

Furthermore, the pricing of the goods is expected to encompass delivery within the municipality of Chisinau.
