Venue, accommodation, and catering services for the training organization

within the GIZ Project: “Supporting Moldovan communities in hosting Ukrainian refugees”

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ calls companies in the Republic of Moldova to present offers for venue, accommodation, and catering services for the 3 training sessions that are planned to be organized in Chisinau.

The 5 days-training-sessions timeframes: 20-24.05.2024, 27-31.05.2024, 03-07.06.2024.

The service provider is expected to offer for each session 2 separate training rooms simultaneously up to 30 persons, serve meals and offer accommodation for 60 persons.

All activities shall be conducted according to the terms of reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference and eventual questions, please address a message to the e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de, indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than 24.04.2024 time 15:00.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

Financial Offer in Moldovan Lei (MDL) at 0% VAT (in a separate sealed envelope).

Technical offer (in a separate sealed envelope) based on the terms of reference must contain the following chapters:

a. Provide general information about the bidder (name, contact details, website and other related data);

b. The authorization allowing to provide the requested services;

c. The technical capacity of the conference room (availability of the projector, flipchart, Wi-Fi, etc);

d. The proposed menu, separately for the coffee break, lunch and dinner;

e. The availability of the accommodation facility for the requested number of persons.

Proposals may be presented in Romanian or English language.

The Offer shall be delivered, in sealed envelopes, with the tender number on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau: 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd. NBC - National Business Center, 9^th floor. MD-2009, not later than 26.04.2024, time 15:00.

The offers received after the deadline, or improperly sealed, as well as incomplete will not be considered for evaluation. Please submit your offers only in MDL.
