Type of contracting authority and main object of activity: Non-governmental, non-profit, apolitical organization - that aims to identify a suitable Contractor to execute the  repair work.

The general aim of the Project is to improve the access to quality education in the schools listed below from Chisinau:

• Taras Shevchenko 
• Mihai Kotiubinsky 

The information received about the company is kept confidential, and only authorized staff will have access to this when the form has been completed and submitted.

The contract is divided into lots, an economic operator may submit an offer and will be selected for:

• One specific lot;
• All lots.

 Peace Winds Moldova reserves the right to award multiple lots to one or more contractors based on their technical and financial merits and the contract distribution option that is in Peace Winds Moldova's best interest.

The school rehabilitation works will take place during the cold period of the year, planned from December to early march.

The recommendation for the award of each lot will be based on the best value for money principle.

The works will be carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and Technical Specifications provided Technical Documents and in accordance with all construction standards and Sanitary Norms for educational institutions applicable in the Republic of Moldova.

The required participation documents for a construction company to participate in a tender

1.      Application for Participation: The company should complete and submit a participation application according to the format specified in the tender document (Example of participation application:)

2.      Registration Certificate: A valid registration certificate of the company, attesting that it is a legal entity registered in accordance with the laws of Moldova, original/copy - with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

3.      Construction License: A copy of a valid construction license, demonstrating the company's right to carry out construction works in Moldova, with the electronic signature or signed by hand of the economic operator

4.      Tax Certificate and Tax Declaration: The company should provide an up-to-date tax certificate confirming that it has no tax arrears. A tax declaration for the last fiscal year may also be required, with the electronic signature of the economic operator

5.      Non-Bankruptcy Certificate: A certificate confirming that the company is not in bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

6.      References and Experience: The company should present references or evidence of its previous experience in similar works. These references can be in the form of recommendation letters or a list of previous projects, with the electronic signature of the economic operator

7.      Financial Documents: These may include financial reports for the past few years, such as the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and liquidity report, with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

8.      Civil Liability Insurance: A copy of the valid civil liability insurance policy that covers any damages that may occur during the works, with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

9.      Identification Document of Legal Representative: A copy of the identification document of the company's legal representative, - with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

10.   WARRANTY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE WORKS EXECUTED, not less than 5 years - original - with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

11. Certificate of Technical and Professional Qualification for the Site Supervisor, issued by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction - with the electronic signature of the economic operator.

12. The offers are presented in Moldovan Leu (MDL), all prices listed are inclusive of all taxes, customs clearance and delivery costs.

13. Execution period - planned from December to early march.

14. The language or languages in which the offers or requests for participation must be written: Romanian, English or Russian.

15. Payment shall be exclusively done by bank transfer.
