Request for Quotation for bottled water (19L) with delivery

Location: Chisinau, Moldova

People in Need (PIN) is a Czech non-governmental organization that provides relief aid and development assistance while working to defend human rights and democratic freedom.

The preferred bidder will be required to enter into a framework agreement of fixed price with one bidder for a two years with the possibility extension for PIN.

Estimated quantity is 15 bottles per month.

To submit a valid offer, please send the following documents by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net :

Certificate of business registration;
Certificate of conformity or any relevant certificates;
Signed and stamped RFQ with filled in marked yellow fields;
Eligibility Sworn Statement.

RFQ and Eligibility Sworn statement will be sent upon a request to the above mentioned email.

If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the offeror, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.

Communication will be held through e-mail.

Questions could be answered only until 15:00, 09 November 2023. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

Tender offers have to be submitted by e-mail to PIN e-mail box tender.moldova@peopleineed.net before 15:00, 13 November, 2023. Bids received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
