ACTED, implementing the project “Reducing Vulnerability to Disaster Risk and building socio-economic resilience in Moldova” under l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD)  and United States Agency for International Development funding, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for all the deliverables of the lot for the following consultancy:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Romanian and Russian) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

• ACTED representative office in 182, 3^rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova

Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Call for Tenders”.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 25/08/2023 at 3:00 PM in ACTED representative office in 182, 3^rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before on 05/09/2023 at 6:00PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids or unsealed envelope will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 06/09/2023 at 10:00 AM in the ACTED representative office in 182, 3^rd floor, bd. Stefan Cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.

ACTED, implementând proiectul Reducerea vulnerabilității la riscul de dezastre și consolidarea rezilienței socio-economice în Moldova în cadrul  finanțării l'Agence Française de Développement (AFD)  și  United States Agency for International Development, invită furnizorii de servicii să depună oferte  pentru  toate livrabilele lotului  pentru următoarea consultanță:

Licitația se va desfășura utilizând caietul de sarcini standard ACTED, deschis tuturor furnizorilor de servicii calificați. Documentele de Licitație (în limbile engleză, română și rusă) pot fi ridicate gratuit de către toți ofertanții interesați la următoarea adresă/adrese:

• Reprezentanta ACTED din 182, etajul 3, Stefan cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova

Sau pot fi descărcate de pe site-ul ACTED la www.acted.org secțiunea Cerere de oferte.

Potențialii ofertanți sunt încurajați să consulte periodic site-ul ACTED pentru eventuale modificări ale prezentei licitații și/sau ale documentelor de licitație.

O sesiune de informare prealabilă licitației va fi organizată în data de 25.08.2023 la ora 15:00 în reprezentanța ACTED din 182, etajul 3, bd. Stefan cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. Participarea ofertanților interesați la sesiunea de informare este preferabilă, dar nu obligatorie.

Toate ofertele trebuie depuse până la data de 05.09.2023 ora 18:00 la  adresa (adresele) menționată (menționate) mai sus într-un plic sigilat sau prin e-mail la Moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Ofertele întârziate sau plicul desigilat vor fi respinse automat.

ACTED nu va fi responsabil pentru niciun cost sau cheltuială suportată de Ofertanți în legătură cu pregătirea și depunerea ofertelor lor la ACTED.

O sesiune de deschidere a licitației va avea loc  în data de 06/09/2023 la ora 10:00 AM în reprezentanța ACTED din 182, etajul 3, bd. Stefan cel Mare, Chisinau, Moldova. Este permisă prezența reprezentantului ofertanților.

ACTED, реализуя проект «Снижение уязвимости к риску стихийных бедствий и повышение социально-экономической устойчивости в Молдове» при  финансировании l'Agence Française de Développement (AFD) и United States Agency for International Developmen, приглашает поставщиков услуг представить предложения по всем результатам лота для следующих консультаций:

Тендер будет проводиться с использованием стандартной тендерной документации ACTED, открытой для всех квалифицированных поставщиков услуг. Тендерная документация (на английском, румынском и русском языках) может быть получена бесплатно всеми заинтересованными участниками торгов по следующему адресу (адресам):
