Local company/ies to perform renovation works in childcare premises, UN Women



UN Women seeks a local company/ies or a consortium of companies which have proven experience in carrying out renovation works at highest quality requirements and standards. The scope of works is to carry out demolition, internal finishing works, installation of internal electrical system, heating, ventilation and conditioning systems, equipping, preliminary and final commissioning of two (2) infrastructural objects/childcare premises situated in Causeni town and one (1) infrastructural objects/childcare premise situated in Singerei town . 

Detailed BoQ for required works are detailed in Annex 1 Lot 1, Annex 1 Lot 2 and Annex 1 Lot 3 to this Invitation to Bid. The Contractor shall hold necessary labour, equipment, machinery, tools necessary for successful implementation of the contract and execute all mentioned works in accordance with local standards and regulations related to construction field and environment protection. 

It is envisaged that the works will include the following activities divided in three Lots: 

Lot 1 – Renovation Works, Room group ,,Puisor’’, Early Education Institution no 7, Causeni Town,

  • Renovation works: demolition works, internal finishing works, engineering works, electric works, etc. 
  • Commissioning of all supplied systems, equipment, materials and construction works including making required training and performance test measurements.

 Lot 2 – Renovation works for Rest spaces for women and children, Conteyor, Causeni Town

  • Reconstruction work, wall paintings, installation of required equipment: internal finishing works, conditioning systems, etc. 
  • Commissioning of all supplied systems, equipment, materials and construction works including making required training and performance test measurements. 

Lot 3 – Renovation works, Room group no. 13, Kindergarten Crèche no. 6 Singerei town

  • Renovation works and installation of required equipment: internal finishing works, water supply and sewerage networks, etc. 
  • Commissioning of all supplied systems, equipment, materials, and construction works including making required training and performance test measurements.

                     Early Education Institution no 7, Causeni Town - 22 august 2023, 9:00 a.m.

                     Conteyor, Causeni Town - 22 august 2023, 10:30 a.m.

                     Kindergarten Crèche no. 6 Singerei town - 23 august 2023, 10:00 p.m.

Bidders shall coordinate  and confirm the site visits with the Civil Work Consultant designated by UN Women: Andrei Agapie: a3proiect@gmail.com.
