In the framework of the Project “Strengthening the human rights protection of refugees and migrants in the Republic of Moldova” funded and implemented under the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova for 2021-2024,  the Council of Europe is launching a call for the purchase of production, printing and publishing services.

In this context, the Council of Europe is inviting potential providers to apply and submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.

Tenderers can apply to one or more of the following specific lots:

Lot 1 - concerns editing, layout and publishing of a variety of different awareness raising materials, publications and relevant project documents.

Lot 2 - concerns colour and black & white printing of documents/materials for project events and activities.

Lot 3 - concerns the production of visibility materials, such as notebooks, pens, roll-ups, bags, etc.

Tenderers are invited to indicate which lot(s) they are tendering for.

Offers must be sent to the Council of Europe in electronic format only, in line with the Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement.
