Call for tenders: Local consultancy services in the field of electoral assistance

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project Improving Electoral Practice in the Republic of Moldova (IEPRM), Phase III. The Project is implemented by the Council of Europe from March 2023 to December 2024 (first part) and from January 2025 to April 2026 (second part) in line with the priorities of the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2021-2024 and the future action plan.
In that regard, it is looking for Provider(s) for the provision of specialised local consultancy services in line with the following Lots:
Lot 1 - Capacity building of electoral stakeholders
Lot 2 - Inclusive electoral participation: women, the youth, national minorities etc.
Lot 3 - Electoral legislation and jurisprudence
Lot 4 - Voting technologies and digitalisation

Interested consultants are invited to submit their offer for the provision of local consultancy services in line with the below Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and the scope of activities.
The deadline for submission of applications is 25 April 2023.
