USAID Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity (RCRA) is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in the Republic of Moldova.

RCRA requires the purchase of as-needed Events Logistics Services upon request.

The purpose of this RFQ is to receive quotations from eligible Vendors for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of Events Logistics Services. Companies are encouraged to submit their offer as per the attached RfQ.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.

Extended deadline for Offer Submission Deadline: Offers must be submitted no later than 18:00 local Chisinau time on March 6, 2023 by email to MDA-RCRA-Procurement@chemonics.md.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 18:00 local Chisinau time on March 2, 2023, by email to MDA-RCRA-Procurement@chemonics.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification — and the responses thereto — that Chemonics believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding.
