UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit quotations for 35 (thirty-five) electric height adjustable computer desks for office use and 35 (thirty-five) office chairs.

Technical specifications for requested desks:

- sit-stand desking system with adjustable height, from 650 to 1100 mm at least;

- desktop size 1200 x 700 mm, with one cable management cut-out (at least 200 x 100 mm) and metallic

grommet with lifting cap;

- anti-collision sensor;

- desktop made of 18 mm (at least) melamine MFC with 2 mm ABS edges, light wood color (ex. "Elm", "Maple", etc);

- two telescopic rectangular lifting columns, at least one electric motor with minimum 60 kg lifting capacity;

- under-the-desk metallic cable tray, fitting the cable management cut-out;

- cloth-covered separator screen;

- powder coated aluminum or steel frame and legs; black, gray or light gray color;

- at least 1 year manufacturer warranty for the electric components and 1 years for the frame, desktop and legs;

- spare parts available for at least the guaranteed product life span;

- EU safety and conformity certification (EN 527, ISO 21016:2007) and electrical components

- safety, sustainability and ecological standards compliance certificates

- delivery time no later than 21 days from the contract signature

- installation services included

The vendor must provide upon request a demonstration sample for the offered desk and separator screen.

Delivery term - DAP Chisinau, UNICEF Moldova office (9^th floor, cargo lift available).

The vendor must provide installation services for the desks
