Request for grant applications for civil society monitoring of the decentralization reform efforts in the Republic of Moldova

The CM Program is looking to recruit a civil society partner that will monitor the decentralization reform efforts in the Republic of Moldova. The selected civil society partner will produce a total of four quarterly monitoring reports and will conduct four public discussions on the monitoring findings with major stakeholders of the decentralization reform efforts. Subject to availability of funds, IREX expects to award one sub-grant (fixed amount award) to a qualified civil society/research organization. The expected duration of the project is 12 months in the time frame of October 2021 – October 2022.
