The Moldova Competitiveness Project committed to enhance awareness about Moldova as a tourism destination and enhance domestic tourism and improved access to tourism information. MCP supports the improvement of rural guesthouses, rural bed&breakfast (herein after referred to as B&B), including upgrading facilities and services to serve as prototypes of best practices for emerging market actors. This strategic upgrade will create a new vision of rural tourism business in Moldova, developing new tourism products that are in line with current global trends in sustainable tourism.

MCP will carry out the efforts of developing qualitative web-based content and training the inbound tourism industry stakeholders on the use of digital marketing tools for enhancing online awareness.  MCP will assist the development of the web sites for B&B beneficiaries.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations for these services.

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 15.00 local Chisinau time on March 02, 2020 by email at procurement@chemonics.md.

Please reference the RFQ number (RFQ-2020-013) in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Chemonics.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 14.00 local Chisinau time on February 26, 2020 by email to procurement@chemonics.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification—and the responses thereto—that Chemonics believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding.
