Freedom House seeks proposals from both rising and experienced independent researchers, scholars, and affiliated research analysts, especially those based in Moldova, the Eastern Partnership region, and the European Union, for forward-looking briefs on the following topic: 

Evaluating Moldova’s Progress on Justice Sector Reform.

Please submit concept proposals by February 6, 2023 in English or Romanian.

This activity is part of Freedom House’s project “Moldova Justice Sector Accountability”, supported by the US State Department, which aims to support the advancement of an inclusive, accountable, and rights-based approach to governance and democratic reforms.
