We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the role of a Project Manager.

Role overview: Manage key projects at Safeguard Global. Coordinate and complete the projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.

The Project Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time hitting key deadlines
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Organise a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Organised with the ability to prioritise working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure
• Experience of using Smartsheets
