People in Need is Announcing the Tender for the procurement of Furniture for Schools as specified in the Annex 1.

We are inviting qualified bidders to submit their tender offers for furniture items for eight schools located in different regions of Moldova.

All items must comply with the requirements detailed in the Furniture Description (Annex 1) and adhere to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Tender Notice with detailed instructions on bidding and other documentation is attached to announcement and consist of:

• Tender Notice
• Annex 1 - Furniture description
• Annex 2 – Eligibility sworn statement (template)
• Quotation form_DLC_Furniture_07_2024

If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the tender, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.

Questions could be answered only until 24.07.2024. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

If PIN answers the question, all other bidders will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

• Quotation Form (filled, signed and stamped), calculated in MDL and goods delivery timeframe;
• Eligibility sworn statement (filled, signed and stamped);
• Contact information for the bidder and responsible person;
• Warranty statement for equipment in a free form;

All offers shall be submitted with the “(insert reference number)/‘Bidder Name’/‘Date’’ in a subject line to the following e-mail address: tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net

Applications submitted after the deadline, or inappropriately sealed, as well as incomplete offers, will not be considered.
